Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.

Returns:

Timeframe: You have 30 days after receiving your product to return it. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process can begin.

Exclusions: Due to hygienic reasons, some products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care items.

How to initiate a return: If you wish to return a product, please send an email to: jadedigital25@gmail.com including your order number, reason for return, a photo of the product (in case of damage), and your contact information.

Refunds:

Procedure: After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 30 days and applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days, first check your bank account again. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at jadedigital25@gmail.com.

Costs:

Return shipping costs: All customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using Track & Trace, as we are not responsible for lost returns. All returns must be sent to China, and shipping costs start at €20 and are at the customer’s expense.

Exceptions:

Defective or incorrect products: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement free of charge. If it goes wrong a second time, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed due to our automated processing system.
